We develop a relationship with all our clients that’s very different to other consultancies because we don’t have an “off the shelf” approach to the work that we do. We look to understand your business and create bespoke solutions that will have pragmatic deliverables so even when our partnership is “ended”, we know you continue to be sustainable in all of your DEI initiatives. Together, we have the power to solve seemingly unsolvable problems and whilst we believe no one knows everything, together we most certainly know a lot!
We have patience
This value is wrapped in warmth as we know some of the topics we navigate through are not always easy to comprehend. We understand that when talking about social justice challenges such as privilege, anti-racism and allyship, this can naturally cause some fragility. We are not here to judge, we are here to help and encourage. Whilst we will always provide a space that is psychologically safe, we cannot promise that you will not come across any discomfort. We know patience develops excellence therefore, we will always provide a space to grow and we will always lead with patience and empathy.
We’ve been asked a few times about what sets us apart from other diversity consultancies and quite simply, in our humble opinion, we are extraordinary individuals from extraordinary backgrounds. We deliberately set ourselves up as a boutique company which means that there’s not many of us behind the scenes which in turn allows us to work with organisations that truly want to help make their cultures inclusive.
