Whilst we talk about diversity and inclusion, I think organisations are forgetting that belonging in the workplace should be of high importance too.
The facts are organisations that ignore psychological safety will find that they will start losing great talent because they don't feel they can bring their true selves to work.
To be authentic is to belong.
